• Cancellations of Weddings are subject to cancellation fees as stated below unless notified 60 days in advance. Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Resort 60 days prior to scheduled wedding date. Any weddings cancelled between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weddings cancelled thirty (30) days or less from the date of the wedding will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

• Postponement of Weddings is subject to a postponement fee of 50% of the total fee.

• Minimum requirements for Resort Weddings: In order for our Personal Wedding Planners to best assist them with
their arrangements, the Bride & Groom are required to be staying at the Resort for a minimum total of 5 nights, which must include 3 working days prior to the wedding day, the wedding day itself, and the day following the wedding. In the case of wedding groups, the Resort would be happy to negotiate a special ‘group’ rate to accommodate the entire family + friends wedding party.

The following documents are required: Birth certificates in English, Valid Passports, Decree Absolut (if previously divorced), or death certificate of deceased former spouse (if widowed).
