At Castaway Resort, we have four room types to choose from that make up a total of 12 rooms on-site. We have:

  • 4 x Poolside Studios
  • 2 x Garden Villas
  • 4 x Ocean View Studios
  • 2 x Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites

All rates mentioned on our website are based on New Zealand Dollars and a two night deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full amount payable 30 days before arrival. We also hold a three night minimum stay policy.

Complimentary tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with hand/bath soap and can be replaced daily if needed. Guests also receive arrival shampoo and conditioner as well as a complimentary bottle of chilled water. Every in-house guest at Castaway is entitled to our complimentary tropical breakfast served every morning at our poolside restaurant.

Optional Return Airport Transfers

$50.00NZD per adult return ($25.00 NZD one way) - includes personal 'meet and greet' with fresh flower eis (flower garlands) and a chilled bottle of water.

Guests have the option to book our return airport transfers – this is recommended especially for night flights as our drivers escort guests into their rooms.

Please note that our office is open from 8:30am -2:00pm.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled outside 30 days - no fee
Between 30 and 15 days - 50% charge
Between 14 days to arrival -100% charge

In case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances clients should claim their loss against their own travel insurance.
