Booking dates: 1st October 2022 – 31st May 2023 | Stay period: 1st November 2022 – 31st May 2023

• Minimum of 3 nights stay.
• Hot Summer Special is applicable to direct bookings only via our Castawayvillas.com website or email us at relax@castawayvillas.com for the stay period: 1st November 2022- 31st  May 2023 and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts available from Online Travel Agents.

• Hot Summer  Special is available for all room types including the Castaway Beach House.

• Guests can only book during the following period: 1st October 2022 to 31st May 2023.

• 15% discount off the total amount of accommodation stay, only applies as per advertised website standard rate.

• 15% discount only applies to Hot Summer Special and cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or discounts.

• Total amount of accommodation stay does not include room charges from the restaurant and bar.

Cancellation

1. No deposit is required prior to arrival.

2. No cancellation/amendement fees on bookings up to the date of travel. Applies only in the event the following scenarios take place preventing you from travelling:

• Cook Islands and/or New Zealand border closure

• Guests travelling are tested positive for COVID and are unable to travel

• Border restrictions introduced and quarantine is required either in the Cook Islands and/or New Zealand
